Welcome to UMOX, an AI-powered SEO backlink exchange operated at umox.net. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. What UMOX Does

UMOX connects Advertisers (who buy dofollow backlinks) with Publishers (who sell placements on their websites). AI writes contextual copy around each backlink automatically. Payments settle in USDT on the TRC-20 network. UMOX takes a 30% platform fee and a 10% referral bonus from each transaction.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering contracts. If registering on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it. Users from OFAC-sanctioned jurisdictions are not allowed.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for the security of your credentials. You must provide a valid email and verify it before making financial operations. One person may hold only one account.

4. Payments

• Deposits: USDT-TRC20 only, minimum $10, credited automatically on-chain confirmation.
• Withdrawals: USDT-TRC20 only, minimum $10 + $1 network fee. Manually approved within 24 hours, auto-approved after 5 successful payouts.
• Refunds: Not offered once a placement is active. If a publisher fails to keep a link live for the paid period, UMOX will refund the pro-rated remainder to advertiser balance.

5. Publisher Rules

• Your site must be under your legal control and pass automatic audit (SSL, indexability, RKN compliance for RU market).
• You may not manipulate placements after they go live (change link, add nofollow, redirect, etc). Detected violations = immediate ban + forfeiture of pending payouts.
• Payouts are held for 30 days after first sale, then 14 days, 7 days, and 2 days as reputation grows.

6. Advertiser Rules

• Target URLs must be legal in the jurisdictions where the publisher operates.
• No malware, phishing, CSAM, or content that violates the publisher countries laws.
• You warrant that you own or have permission to promote the target URL.

7. AI-Generated Content

Snippet copy around your backlink is generated by third-party AI (DeepSeek). You accept that AI output may be imperfect. You may preview text before purchase.

8. Adult-Friendly Clause

UMOX explicitly serves adult, gambling, crypto, dating, and other verticals rejected by mainstream ad networks. All parties confirm they operate legally within their own jurisdiction.

9. Termination

UMOX may suspend or delete any account for violation of these Terms, fraud, or activity that risks the platform. Balances of banned accounts may be forfeited when tied to proven fraud.

10. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is". UMOX does not guarantee specific SEO results, ranking improvements, or traffic outcomes. Search engine algorithms are outside our control.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UMOX total liability to you is capped at the amount you have paid to UMOX in the 90 days preceding the claim.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email at least 14 days before taking effect.
